Blues Marathon

Tate & Bryce both ran in the Blues Marathon so Peggy, Mama, Daddy, Chelsea, Hayes & I loaded up & headed downtown to watch them cross the finish line. We are so proud of them! Please note that neither of them were dressed as Elvis. That is some random that Mom asked to take a picture with her & Hayes.

Lights in Canton

My parents came in town the Thursday before Christmas & we went to Canton for the first Christmas. It was great! We rode the rides & walked around & looked at all the lights then we went into the Museum to let Hayes go to the bathroom. We were standing around looking at the singin bears when in walked Santa Claus. See picture above. Hayes froze then she began to walk up to him very slowly. He bent down to her level & she starred. He asked her what she wanted for Christmas & she said a kitchen, an orange baby & a yellow baby. Then she said, "Why do you have on a purple coat?" He very quickly responded with, "It is at the cleaners getting clean for tomorrow night." She said, "ok" like she was satisfied then she held her arms up for him to pick her up. We literally could not stop laughing. Glad "Santa" had a good sense of humor!

MSU Bowl Game 2011

We went to Jacksonville for the Gator Bowl & had so much fun. We rode & stayed with the Smillee's & we got to hang out with so many of our friends. It was a fun weekend.
