The Beach-Round 1

Bryce had a work conference at the beach so we took Hayes & we all had so much fun. My Mom was there with her friends so she spent Friday with us at the pool & then kept Hayes that night while we went to a work dinner. Hayes is not a bit afraid of the water & kept us busy until she crashed & took her daily nap on a chair so we never even had to go up to the room. :)

Exhausted

My Dad came to visit this weekend & we cooked out at the house & Tate came over. We were just hanging out in the living room & Gus & Hayes started looking really tired. Gus tried to climb up in Hayes' chair & couldn't get comfortable so I brought his bed into the living room. The next thing I know, Hayes has joined him. How precious is this?

Shaving Cream

If you are ever wondering what could entertain a 2 year old, make a huge mess & make the perfect mohawk...the answer is SHAVING CREAM. Thankfully my good friend Shelby ran out to her car to get her phone so that she could capture this moment for me when she picked Morgan up from daycare on Friday. This is Hayes having a blast!

2 Buddies

Hayes & Gus got to hang out together a lot this weekend.

4th of July

We had such a nice weekend staying in Jackson for the 4th. Friday night we ate Mexcian with Carey & Lauren then on Saturday Bryce ran the 5K while Hayes & I walked the 5K. Kristen & I took turns pushing Hayes & Katelyn in the double stroller & had a blast. We finished in a pretty decent time considereing while we pushed, we also were handing out scooby snacks, goldfish & juice to the girls! Then Saturday night we cooked out with Wesley & Farrel & the girls. Millie & Hayes had a blast pretending like Murphy was a pony. On Sunday after church, lunch & a nap, the Blackards took us out on their boat. The girls had fun again! I am so lucky to have such a wonderful family & such great friends!
